How beautiful Marlo. What serendipity--right down the road for your yoga retreat, and that the 'high' could continue as you were still involved in classes with her. What a great connection.

Thanks Jeanine-it really helped me get through! (still does!) This will come later, but we ended up building a beautiful yoga platform at the hotel-I called it my happy place!

Yoga is an incredible 'commodity' in life. And so calming. I do gentle yoga at home now and in the world I've transitioned to tai chi. It's great to bond w/ yoga teachers. They always seem to be on another plane, no?

It really came at the right time for me both times in my life and now I won't 'let it go' again! I did move into teaching yoga finally and it has been a gift to share it with others also!

Yoga teacher training is life-changing. My two adult kids and myself, we’ve all been through the training. I'm so happy to discover this about you, Marlo! Looking forward to reading more about Carolina and crew!

Awwww I REALLY loved reading this. I understand how removed you can feel when you're in a new country and haven't been able to bond like you would back home. How wonderful this is. Thanks for sharing it.
